We cannot refund you back any fund for services offered by Cybertruss Cloudservices

Instead of a refund, you are free to migrate to another web hosting provider, however we will not terminate your account until it expires

We normally do not have outages. So we do not have any need to add time lost due to outages. However, if they occur, we will add the time lost during outages only if it occurs for upto 24 hours.

This has never occured and may never occur

We will not add outages caused by the following:

• Uncontrollable forces of nature such as earthquake, turnadoes, governmental national lockdown on communication
• Outages from service providers
• Outages caused by cyber attacks
